The Kardashians are well-known for their epic family vacations.
Often full of beaches, fun activities, and, of course, drama, these vacations have inspired me to add some destinations to my own bucket list. Here are my top 5 Kardashian Bucket List items I’ve added thanks to Keeping up with the Kardashians.
5. Costa Rica Season 13, Ep 9
Although the Costa Rica trip may be one of the most eventful and chaotic trips of the Kardashian’s, thanks to Scott flying a girl down to stay with him on the family vacation (come on Scott, really?), the destination definitely made number 5 on my Kardashian Bucket List.
The jungle, the beaches and the gorgeous villa the Kardashians stayed in made me want to book a Costa Rica trip asap! Let’s not forget the tubing excursion that the family went on (and the natural hot springs they ended their day with)!
The trip may have left a sour taste in the Kardashian’s mouths (and some water in Scott’s face), but their trip made me add Costa Rica as a priority for my travel bucket list!
4. Dominican Republic Season 7, Ep 6-7
Returning to one of the earlier seasons, another trip I’ve determined to be a must for my Kardashian Bucket List is the Dominican Republic.
Back when Kourtney was pregnant with Penelope, Khloe was married to Lamar, Kylie was without lip injections and Kris was…drunk, the Kardashians went on a family trip to the Dominican Republic.
What was supposed to be a good bonding experience for the sisters turned into a bit of a nightmare when Kourtney’s indecisiveness caused her and Scott to be a few days late to the trip. Not only were they late, but Kourtney’s pregnancy caused her to be hormonal and, honestly, a bit of a downer for the trip (and I love me some Kourt, but she was definitely having a moment).
However, the family seemed to enjoy the location of the Dominican Republic. There were boating excursions, swimming, sunbathing, and an array of gourmet dinners. The tropical paradise seemed like a wonderful place to enjoy the water, soak up some sun and just have some fun while relaxing. This is a place I definitely intend on visiting at some point in my life.

3. Bali Season 16, Ep 3-4
The Bali trip in Season 16 was probably one of the least dramatic vacations the Kardashians took. Really, the biggest “controversy” of the trip was that Khloe and Kourtney were having some misunderstandings and just not seeing eye to eye. They seemed to quickly resolve things by just having an open conversation with each other. Boom, bam, problem solved.
The rest of the vacation seemed dreamy, which is why Bali is a firm #3 on my Kardashian Bucket List! With fire dancers, boating, ripping around on some RZR’s, and even getting dirty in the mud, it’s hard to believe this trip would be anything less than superb!
The spiritual aspect of Bali combined with the remote landscape is incredible. I think going on a trip like this would not only be a blast but would also be a great cultural experience. This trip is by far a favorite on my Kardashian Bucket List.
2. Greece Season 8, Ep. 8-9
On this family vacation, we got a glimpse into the Jenner side of the family as Brody and Brandon attended the vacation with the clan. However, the trip quickly turned into a Kardashian vs. Jenner feud as Brody had some bones to pick with Kris in regards to his dad’s freedoms around the house.
It was a tense trip, but the landscape of Santorini, Greece was impeccable! The white buildings contrasted with the vibrant, blue ocean is picture-perfect and definitely a must-see location in my lifetime!
Santorini, specifically, is one item on my Kardashian Bucket List that I am determined to make come true!
1. Bora Bora Season 6, Ep. 10
Of course one of the most iconic Keeping Up with the Kardashians scenes takes place on the beautiful island of Bora Bora, Tahiti. You know the one I’m talking about.
Need I say “diamond earring”?
And let’s not forget about Kourtney’s iconic response.
Although the family’s trip was anything but smooth (but let’s be real, what Kardashian vacation is smooth?) the scenery of Bora Bora is beyond breathtaking.
Out of all the Kardashian vacations, this one hands-down hits #1 on my Kardashian Bucket List. Everything about this vacation would be something I would die to experience! It’s your typical tropical vacation, a once-in-a-lifetime (and extremely expensive) trip that I’ve decided I must go on!
I remember watching this episode and dreaming of getting married along the beautiful beaches and staying in those bungalows on the water. This destination is a literal dream come true and I would die happy if I ever got the chance to experience its beauty one day.
Whether you like the Kardashians or not, you have to admit their vacations are epic!
It’s hard not to curate your bucket list around places they’ve gone to. Although their trips are obviously much more extravagant than most could ever imagine, the general concept is still there for a dream vacation. Just maybe without the expensive villas.
